Positive: I stayed on the ground floor sea facing apartment which was perfect for immediate access to the pool and beach but also direct sea views from working at the dining table. The hosting was brilliant with a mix of highest of service with emotional intelligence (I wanted a peaceful time here after allot of work commitments so I was left alone in a low key way but if I needed anything the team were a WhatsApp away and responded in minutes). They also have cable here and fiber so could watch and relax with movies in the evening. I was provided with a life vest (as I said I had lost the ability to swim through time) that was transported here within 24hrs to aid my rehabilitation and relationship to water and sea, this was their idea which talks to the emotional intelligence point. I was provided a bike within 1 hour when waking up and deciding to cycle around the town...and I could go on. Breakfast is varied and flexible to what you would like and fresh and at the time you desire. The apartment is in the perfect area of the beach as can get busy either side of it as more hotels down each side of the beach but I had day after day of peacefulness here with amazing views and did 7km walks either side of the property on the sand. Sunrise and sunset was surreal at times.....
Negative: The bed was a little hard but they brought a memory foam topper the next morning, so great. Be mindful of security as on the ground floor I locked by apartment whenever leaving as advised and beware there are overnight security guards on the premises which were always unnoticeable to me as they were so quiet. Also I personally would not venture out at night into the surrounding villages.
Summary: Great location, service was 5* mixed in with emotional intelligence to make it more interpersonal !
